‘PIE’ brand Vertical Wear Measuring Gauge Model VWG‑1 as per RDSO specifications, made of hard alloy steel with measuring feelers. The Gauge is used for measurement of vertical wear at nose of wing, using rails and to ascertain minimum stipulated depth of space of wheel flange.

The gauge automatically sets at 90 degree to the rail. It determines gauge variation, measures cross levels and provides super elevation. The gauge has cross level measurement accuracy of 1 mm. It is very useful for Inspection. It is provided without box and is available for BG & SG.
